Survey requires pop-up windows unblocked

If you do not currently see a window with the survey introduction (covering this window), you will need to disable pop-up blocking for our site only.

INSTRUCTIONS

If you are using Internet Explorer, you should see the following information bar just above "Survey requires..." :


Please click on this bar, and then click Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site. Our site will then function correctly, and you will still be protected from unwanted pop-ups elsewhere.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you should see the following information bar just above "Survey requires..." :


Please click on the Options button, and then click Allow popups for survey.bitshuffle.net. Make sure you then click the View menu button at the top of the browser, and then click Reload in order to load the site correctly. From this point, our site will function correctly, and you will still be protected from unwanted pop-ups elsewhere.

Instructions for disabling pop-ups for our survey site within other browsers are forthcoming.
